traffic enforcement employees are NOT police officers…they may wear a similar patch, but they are not police officers. maybe, just maybe, they took a long time trying to locate the owner of the vehicle, and to do the job with minimal damage. civilians are always second guessing the police department, and any employee with a police patch on their sleeve..GET A LIFE
